By combining strategic vision, user-focused design, and effective project management, I ensured the buybuyBaby Registry met business objectives and delighted users, all while navigating a challenging timeline and complex requirements. This project underscores my ability to deliver high-quality, impactful digital solutions under pressure.
I utilized UX strategy skills to align the MVP scope with both business goals and user needs. Through collaboration with stakeholders, I ensured the product vision addressed competitive gaps while laying the groundwork for future scalability. By conducting workshops and iterative discussions, I translated complex business objectives into actionable design requirements.
My wireframing and prototyping expertise streamlined the product design process. Through multiple iterations and stakeholder feedback, I refined user flows and interface designs to create a seamless and intuitive registry experience. This iterative approach ensured alignment across teams while maintaining focus on user engagement.
The initial business goal was to achieve parity with existing registries in the market and strategically capture market share from competitors. For users, the goal was to create a seamless experience that not only functioned as a newborn registry but also enabled curated checklists with relevant products for every stage of their child’s growth

The team faced significant challenges, including an expedited six-week timeline to design and develop an MVP product. To meet this deadline, I played a key role in refining the scope and securing additional resources toward the end of the project. Another hurdle was addressing potential user friction during account creation and login. To overcome this, I designed intuitive "How-To" documentation and instructions at critical touch-points in the user journey, ensuring a smoother experience.
