Designing a Scalable Financial Wellness Platform for Lasting Impact

I led the UX strategy and design for Questis, creating a B2B financial wellness platform, design system, and public website. The platform enabled HR administrators to configure financial programs while providing employees with personalized insights and coaching. Through UX research and high-fidelity mockups, I designed a scalable, user-friendly experience. To boost engagement, I developed a customer engagement matrix with personalized notifications and goal tracking. Leading the UX design effort, I collaborated with the Chief Revenue Officer on business development to elevate Therabody’s digital presence and secure this seven-figure project. The goal was to design a seamless and engaging platform that blended impactful brand storytelling with optimized functionality, delivering an exceptional user experience from start to finish.

UX Strategy & Collaboration

As the lead creative director and UX designer for Questis, I led the end-to-end design of a B2B financial wellness platform, a comprehensive design system, and a public-facing website. The platform served HR administrators configuring financial wellness programs and end-users seeking financial independence. I conducted UX discovery, persona development, and Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) analysis to map user journeys and align product strategy with user needs. Collaborating closely with development teams, I ensured a seamless integration of design and functionality.

Design Execution

I designed responsive high-fidelity mockups for both admin and client-facing dashboards, enabling HR teams to personalize financial wellness experiences for employees. The interface provided daily financial insights, coaching, and interactive tools to encourage user engagement. The design system established visual consistency and scalability, ensuring a cohesive user experience across mobile and desktop.

Time & Scope Management

Managing a three-month timeline, I prioritized iterative prototyping and user validation to deliver a fully functional design system and product UI. The project scope included designing customized financial journeys, balancing HR admin configurations with intuitive user-facing tools, and ensuring scalability for future product iterations.

To drive daily user engagement, I developed a customer engagement matrix outlining strategies for increasing app interaction, including personalized notifications, milestone tracking, and financial goal-setting tools.
