Leading the UX design effort, I collaborated with the Chief Revenue Officer on business development to elevate Therabody’s digital presence and secure this seven-figure project. The goal was to design a seamless and engaging platform that blended impactful brand storytelling with optimized functionality, delivering an exceptional user experience from start to finish.
We collaborated with a top brand design agency to build a UX strategy that seamlessly integrated Therabody’s brand story with conversion-focused tactics. By weaving educational content into the purchase journey, we made it easy for users to learn about the products while navigating frictionless purchase opportunities across the funnel.
Visually engaging concepts and strategic wireframes were created to align with Therabody’s storytelling. By leveraging user personas and the JTBD (Jobs To Be Done) framework, we delivered the right content at key moments in the purchase funnel, ensuring a thoughtful and intentional experience.
To secure the project amidst competitive bidding, I collaborated with our sales team to strategically manage time, scope, and costs. We offset third-party design agency expenses, crafting a proposal that aligned with Therabody’s budget and guaranteed project approval.
To simplify Therabody’s diverse product offerings, we introduced tools like product comparisons, bundling options, and social proof. These solutions provided clear educational context, empowering users to make confident purchasing decisions while enhancing their overall experience.
